About Brandi
My name is Brandi, and I am a full spectrum doula, herbalist, and placenta practitioner devoted to supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most sacred and transformative moments.
I was trained through Divine Hands Doula Training under the guidance of Janisa Simmons, of Doula of the Divine whose teachings deeply shaped the way I approach this work. Through that training, I learned that being a doula is not just about support, it is about presence, intuition, and honoring each person’s unique journey.
As a full spectrum doula, I provide care across birth, postpartum, and loss. Whether you are preparing to bring life into the world, navigating your postpartum healing, or moving through loss, you deserve to feel supported, seen, and never alone.
My work is rooted in a holistic approach. I don’t just focus on one part of your experience, I honor the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers that all exist at the same time. Birth and healing are not only clinical experiences; they are deeply personal, and often sacred.
Through Sacred Willow Doula, I also incorporate herbal support and placenta services as an extension of care. As an herbalist, I offer plant-based support for nourishment, recovery, and balance. As a placenta practitioner, I provide safe, intentional preparation of the placenta, while honoring its cultural and spiritual significance.
At the heart of everything I do is this belief: you deserve to move through your experiences feeling informed, empowered, and supported in a way that aligns with your values and your spirit.
This space was created for you to feel safe, to ask questions, to be held, and to be reminded of your strength.
This work is not something I chose lightly, it’s something I felt called into.
Over time, I began to see how often people move through birth, postpartum, and even loss without the support they truly deserve. So many are left to figure things out on their own, to carry experiences that should have been held with care, intention, and understanding.
I do this work because I believe it can be different.
I believe people deserve to feel supported, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I believe they deserve to ask questions without judgment, to feel safe in their decisions, and to move through these life transitions with someone who is fully present with them.
This work is also deeply personal. It is rooted in my own growth, my own understanding of healing, and my connection to caring for others in a way that honors their whole being.
Being a doula, for me, is about more than showing up, it’s about holding space. It’s about advocating, nurturing, educating, and sometimes simply being there in the quiet moments when someone needs to feel seen.
Every family, every story, every experience is different. And I don’t take that lightly.
This is the work I was called to do, and it is an honor to walk alongside those who trust me to be a part of their journey.
